About Me

I was born and raised in San Francisco as the younger of two children. I attended the University of Montana, where I received my Bachelor's Degree in Social Work. I loved living in Missoula and Helena and still visit whenever possible. My favorite National Park is Glacier, in the northern part of the state.

I received my Master's Degree in Social Work from CA State University, Sacramento. I have worked with individuals, couples, and groups for over twenty-five years. My experience has included working in county mental health, community rape crisis centers, and drug and alcohol counseling; I had a private practice for over fifteen years.

I have been working at Kaiser Permanente since 1998. I enjoy my interactions with colleagues and working with the members. It is my goal to help members live the best lives they can.
