My Biography

I earned Bachelor of Science degrees in both Exercise Physiology and Physical Therapy from Fresno State University in 1992. In addition, I also completed a Liberal Arts study in Cambridge, England in 1987. I have successfully completed both the Maitland and Folsom yearlong programs in Orthopedic Manual Therapy. I have received specialty training in Golf Biomechanics and Ergonomics.

I joined Kaiser Permanente in 1992 and am especially interested in strength and conditioning and lifetime fitness. I enjoy leading an active lifestyle of sports and travel.
