Welcome to the Home Page of Dr. Anvarali Velji
I am pleased to offer my home page as a means to introduce myself and to provide you with high-quality health information.
I was born in Kenya, Africa, and studied medicine in Dublin, Ireland. I did my postgraduate specialty training in Canada and the United States.
My major interests are global health and education. I am the Co-Founder and current CFO for the Global Health Education Consortium. This is a consortium of over 80 medical schools and schools of public health. Click here for the GHEC website
Diversity and multicultural health is another of my passions. Currently I am the Physician Director of our Diversity and Multicultural Health Program.
I enjoy reading philosophy, metaphysics and most of all spirituality.
I believe that perfect health is a balance of mind, body and spirit.
