How to Use My Home Page...

My Biography

Welcome and thank you for taking the time to view my homepage. I am elated to be working for Kaiser Permanente. I have always believed that independent living is key to a healthier life. I love seeing my patients come out of a debilitating injury and return to activities that give them a sense of fulfillment and joy. My training in the field of occupational and hand therapy have been very instrumental in bringing patients the gift of purposeful living. And that, in itself, makes my work all the more rewarding.

I am originally from Manila, Philippines. In my college years, I was taught to be an independent thinker. Having that solid background enabled me to take on the challenging environment of the Stanford Hand Therapy Internship Program. I was very fortunate to have had amazing mentors who gave me the skills and the driving force to focus my energy into the field of hand therapy.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I love the arts (theater, music, fashion)in every way, shape, and form. I am a proud father of two wonderful dogs Charlie and Mason. They keep me sane (or sometimes insane)!

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
