Welcome to My Home Page!

I graduated from medical school in 2001 and completed an internship in Family Medicine before starting my Emergency Medicine Residency in NY City. After graduating I pursued further education in Undersea and Hyperbaric medicine in Southern California before relocating to the Bay Area. I believe that patients have the ability to choose how well they live by how well they care for themselves and am here to help them in that process. Preventative care is essential so that you don't wind up needing to seek my expertise.

I am currently pursuing a masters degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) at AIMC - Berkeley and hope to incorporate integrative medicine techniques into my personal practice and introduce others to a wider world view of medicine overall.

My Credentials

Disclaimer
If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
