Thank you for visiting my home page.

I have been with Kaiser Permanente since 2007. I am proud to serve as a Clinical Pharmacist in the Ambulatory Care Program for the Greater Southern Alameda Area.

After completing my Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Baylor University in Texas and a Master’s degree from San Diego State University, I went on to pursue a degree in Pharmacy. I attended Oregon State University and Oregon Health Sciences University and graduated with a Pharm.D. I was fortunate to do a pharmacy practice residency at San Joaquin General Hospital in Stockton, CA.

I am very excited to be part of several clinics here at Kaiser Permanente. I am a member of the PHASE (Preventing Heart Attacks and Strokes Every day) team. It is our goal to utilize lifestyle changes, medication to decrease cholesterol as well as manage blood pressure to reduce the risk for heart attacks, strokes and associated conditions. I’m a member of the Anticoagulation Clinic, which helps our members by monitoring Warfarin and other anticoagulant therapies. I also work with the Anemia Management Program, to help reduce symptoms and complications associated with anemia of chronic diseases.

I was born and raised in the San Joaquin Valley, California. In my spare time, I enjoy music, books, traveling and spending time with my family.

I look forward to meeting you and working with you to achieve your health care goals.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
