Welcome to my Home Page!

I grew up in a city in Punjab, India, where I did my pre-medical education. I received my medical degree from Patliputre Medical College, which is affiliated with Ranchi University, Bihar, India.

I migrated to the United States and supported my family while fulfilling the requirements for medical training and licensure. I did my internship in medicine at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, and my residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at UCLA/VAMC's multi-campus residency program.

I began working for Kaiser Permanente's Occupational Medicine program in the Bay Area in November 1999 and transferred to Kaiser Permanente's Fresno Medical Center in November 2004.

My responsibility as an occupational medicine physician is to help you identify the work injury or illness, and then find the best method of treatment and most important of all discuss ways of preventing recurrent injury in the future.

My Credentials

Medical school Patliputra Medical College, Bihar, India
Internship Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy, NJ
Residency UC Los Angeles Medical Center, Los Angeles, CA

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
