Hello and thank you for visiting my home page.

I am a new Emergency Physician with Kaiser Permanente at Hayward/Fremont, and I’m really looking forward to becoming a part of the Kaiser team. The teamwork, camaraderie, and dedication to patient care are what brought me to Kaiser, and I hope to pass that sentiment along to all my patients.

I enjoy Emergency Medicine for a variety of reasons. The sense of being there to help someone when they are truly in need is very rewarding. The interactions with patients and families from diverse backgrounds, and with multiple different medical conditions, makes every day an interesting and exciting one in the ER.

I grew up in the Seattle area, and enjoy most outdoor activities, including backpacking, skiing, mountaineering, and tennis. I am looking forward to exploring Northern California and all the incredible outdoor opportunities that exist here. I am married and have two crazy cats.
