Hi, my name is Kyle Tsuye, and I am pleased to offer my home page as a means to introduce myself and provide you with some information. I grew up on the sunny beaches in Torrance, California. I now reside in Elk Grove with my wife, and we recently celebrated the birth of our daughter in September 2005.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and playing golf, basketball, and especially snowboarding. I can't wait to begin teaching and participating with my daughter in the hobbies and sports she finds interesting.
I love my job and believe that my goal as your physical therapist is to treat the whole patient. If your experience is positive, educational, and rewarding, I believe our goal has been achieved.

An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
