Welcome to my Home Page!

I'm glad you stopped by to visit. This site is designed to help you become more familiar with me, the Department of Medicine, and all the resources offered by Kaiser Permanente. I look forward to working with all of you to actively develop a plan for a healthy lifestyle and give you the best quality of life possible. My areas of interest in medicine include hypertension and sports medicine. I am a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians.

A little about me...

I was born in Vietnam and raised here in northern California, where my family still resides. I attended school at UC Davis for my undergraduate studies and then went on to St George's University School of Medicine in the Caribbean. Finally, I did my residency training in family medicine at USC in Southern California before coming back home. I am happily married and we have two boys. In my spare time I enjoy playing sports, camping, hiking, traveling, and spending time with my family.
My Credentials

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
