Hello, welcome to my home page. I love to participate in your healthcare needs. I believe everybody is different, and I respect everyone's wishes. Please check on some of the information that is attached to my website regarding your common health care problems. Visit the Kaiser Permanente Health Encyclopedia to search general information on your health care needs at www.members.kaiserpermanente.org. If you are coming to visit me in my office, please bring your medication lists and blood sugar logs if applicable. If your appointment is for a physical exam, please fast for 12 hours because I may request for a fasting cholesterol and glucose test. I would appreciate it if you come prepared with all of your medical concerns.

Lab Results- If you recently had lab work done, anything critical, my medical assistants or myself would contact you personally as soon as results are available. Otherwise, you will receive a lab letter through the mail with my comments and suggestions in 2 weeks. Never hesitate to contact me, if you haven't received your results in a timely manner. I appreciate your patience and cooperation.

Medication Refill - I would strongly advise you to contact the Pharmacy Department 1 week before you run out of your medication supplies with zero refills at 650-903-2141.

Walk Ins - It maybe an inconvenience to you, if you come in without an appointment because the wait time could be anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours. Instead, I advise that you call our urgent line at 650-903-3020. If your message is marked urgent, we will contact you within 2 hours.

My biography - I welcome you to read my biography.

Disclaimer
If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
