Welcome to my website:

Please explore the many items on my web page.

It is a privilege for me to serve as your primary care physician.

I was born in Saigon, Vietnam and moved to California at a young page. I graduated with Honors from the University of California at Davis with a Bachelor of Science in Physiology. I earned my medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School, and then returned to California to complete my residency at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center. I joined The Permanente Medical Group in 2001 which has allowed me to provide the best and total health care for my patients.

I am board certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. I am also a member of the American College of Physicians.

I want to make certain all of your concerns are addressed. If you have more questions that were not addressed during your visit with me, you may leave a message for me at (408) 945-2084. Non-urgent messages can also be sent to me by email. Please provide your name, medical record number, and the best way to respond to you (phone, email, etc.) along with all of your messages.

Disclaimer
If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
