Hello! Welcome to my Home Page!

Mission Statement:

My goal is to serve all my patients with high quality medical care. I am committed to provide care with respect and compassion. I strongly believe in educating my patients and their parents so they can make informed decisions about their treatment.

About me:

Clinical experience:

After 3 years in a small group private practice, I joined Kaiser Permanente in 1993. I worked in the Santa Teresa facility until 1998 and transferred to Fremont in 1999. My primary work is with children and teens. I am privileged to work with an excellent team of psychologists, social workers and nurses and together we deliver the best mental health care to our young population. I also work very closely with all clinicians in the Department of Pediatrics and Pediatric Neurology.

Other interests:

Travelling, sightseeing, skiing, trying different ethnic foods.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
