Greetings! Welcome to my Home Page!

I am a staff physician at the Emergency Department of the Kaiser Permanente Manteca Medical Center. I am proud to be a member of this outstanding department and the medical group here at Kaiser Permanente Stockton, Manteca, Modesto and Tracy. I hope that we can always provide high quality care and service to you.

About Me

Raised and educated on the East Coast, I majored in Sociology at Cornell University before attending Georgetown University School of Medicine. Internship in the Cornell Surgical Division at Bellevue Hospital in New York preceded two years of Surgical Residency and one year in Surgical Research involving organ transplantation.

California became my home where I have dedicated my work to the practice of Emergency Medicine. I am proud to work with Kaiser Permanente and believe our emergency team is promoting quality emergency practice.

My wife and I have three sons and, in addition to enjoying time with family and friends, our hobbies include art and music, especially visiting museums and attending live concert performances.

I look forward to meeting you and caring for you and your family when a medical emergency brings you to our hospital.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
