Welcome to the Kaiser Permanente Cosmetic Center

Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Dr. Orman first found his way to northern California in 1988 when he attended Santa Clara University and received his Bachelor's Degree in Biology. Dr. Orman left the Silicon Valley in 1992 and went to Washington D.C. where he studied and received his medical degree at Georgetown University. He returned to the west coast after medical school and completed a full general surgery residency at the University of Washington in Seattle and graduated as chief resident in 2003.

Dr. Orman finally returned to Northern California and joined Permanente Medical Group after completing his plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship training at the Lahey Clinic, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and Children's Hospital in Boston Massachusetts. His professional interests are in all aspects of Plastic Surgery, with special interest in reconstructive surgery of the breast, facial trauma, hand surgery and aesthetic surgery.
